Refund Policy

1. Introduction

Pharma Care provides pharmacy management and POS billing software for businesses in Nepal. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid subscriptions and related services.

2. Subscription refunds

We handle subscription refunds for Nepali pharmacy customers as follows:

  • 14-day satisfaction window: New paying customers may request a full refund within the first 14 days if the software does not reasonably meet the published capabilities for pharmacy POS, inventory, or billing, subject to fair use and our verification process. Hardware and third-party fees may be excluded where stated at purchase.

3. Conditions for refund

We may approve refunds in cases such as:

  • Extended unplanned downtime that materially prevents use of the service.
  • Critical defects that block core pharmacy workflows agreed at signup.
  • Failure to deliver a committed feature that was essential to your agreed use case.

We may decline requests that fall outside these criteria or involve misuse of the service.

4. Non-refundable items

Typically non-refundable:

  • Completed setup, migration, or custom integration work.
  • Training or onboarding already delivered.
  • Third-party licenses or hardware sourced for your pharmacy.
  • Requests made after the stated refund window.

5. How to request a refund

  1. Email info@pharmacarenepal.com with subject line: "Refund Request — [Your pharmacy name]".
  2. Include the account email, outlet name, and city in Nepal.
  3. Describe the issue and attach any supporting screenshots or references.

Our team usually responds within a few business days.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription from your account or by contacting our Kathmandu office. Email info@pharmacarenepal.com or WhatsApp +977 9769323084. Access typically continues until the end of the current billing period. Data retention follows our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes
