Welcome to Pharma Care, pharmacy management and POS billing software for medicine retailers in Nepal. These Terms govern your use of our cloud platform—including inventory, purchases, sales, and reporting—in Kathmandu and nationwide. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the Pharma Care pharmacy management software, including POS billing, medicine inventory, purchases, and related features.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity in Nepal using the Service.
• "Account" refers to the credentials used to access the Service.
• "Content" refers to data generated or stored on the Service, such as product masters, batches, sales, and customer records you choose to keep.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering a pharmacy or medical shop account in Nepal. Misrepresentation may result in suspension.

4. Access and Usage

Pharma Care may offer free or paid plans for pharmacy POS, inventory, and billing. Available modules depend on your subscription. Unauthorized resale, scraping, or reverse engineering may result in termination.

5. Acceptable Use

Use the Service lawfully, including medicines retail and data-handling rules applicable in Nepal. You are responsible for lawful dispensing, record-keeping, and tax reporting at your outlet.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at info@pharmacarenepal.com.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Nepal’s laws. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from Service use.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms when our pharmacy software or Nepal’s laws evolve. Updates are posted on this page with a revised date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kathmandu courts.
